Mission Statement

The CODEMED School of Professional Medical Coding mission is to provide a quality medical coding program conducted by a certified team of qualified faculty dedicated to serving individuals who seek a concrete foundation in medical coding skills that will lead toward the profession of Medical Coder Specialist or a related field.

We prepare students for work in hospitals, physician's offices, laboratories or their own private practice. Many individuals require additional training and skills to compete in the job market. CODEMED School of Professional Medical Coding addresses this development head on by remaining current in many fields and by responding to both employer and employee needs in the marketplace. To meet the needs of our students, we provide quality career education that is relevant to both the current and future needs of society. This is enhanced by individualizing instruction and limiting class size.

Our Coding Certificate program makes it easier for working adults like you advance their future. Courses are offered in a small class setting, allowing more concentration and gaining better insight of each subject, while encouraging more active participation. Our coding instructors will discuss the most current coding academic regulations applicable to the new healthcare technology for patient care. CODEMED School of Professional Medical Coding is equipped with the most current state-of-the art technology, thereby, creating more effective methods of instruction.

We pride ourselves in promoting dignity and self-worth of all students, and encourage the interdependence necessary for the successful implementation of all tools gathered from this program.
